Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1.1 Providing oversight and management of the overall project including State and vendor resources and activities to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved; 1.1.2 Ensuring compliance with federal laws related to the use of enhanced federal funding for design, development and implementation of the MMIS; 1.1.3 Establishing adequate project structure by establishing a project management methodology and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the necessary tools and templates to facilitate the successful completion of the project and compliance with guidelines provided by The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS); 1.1.4 Establishing change control processes and managing change requests.
