Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Chassis: Consisting of sturdy welded steel construction, designed for proper weight distribution and loading to obtain maximum traction and maneuverability under all ground conditions while operating or towing grooming equipment. B. Cab: Cab-forward design that extends the full width of the chassis with a storage shelf and a toolbox storage area across the full rear lower width of the cab design with lockable doors on each side of the cab. Fully insulated and constructed of lightweight aluminum, steel, fiberglass, or any combination of these materials. Interior noise level must not exceed eighty-four (84) decibels (dba). Four (4) doors, two (2) passengers with key locking devices and provide seating for one (1) driver and one (1) passenger. Doors have windows that open for ventilation, a tinted laminated safety glass windshield and fenders to reduce snow buildup on door step. Total of eight (8) halogen lamps; six (6) of the lamps will face forward, two (2) will be flood lamps, two (2) will be extended range lamps mounted above the windshield, two (2) will be headlamps mounted below the windshield, and two (2) work / back-up lamps on the top rear of the cab. Gauge panel includes engine temperature, oil pressure, voltmeter, tachometer, and an hour meter. Includes an inside dome light, variable speed/delay windshield wipers, large outside mounted heated rear view mirrors, and dash lights. The driver’s seat includes a bucket style air ride seat with a full-size passenger seat (jump seat is not acceptable). Includes a roof mounted rotating beacon and roof mounted spotlight, inside rearview mirror with outside temperature gauge, and compass display built into mirror. A backup warning signal, dual horn, and a fire extinguisher must be installed for safety. A re-circulating hot water heater installed to assure temperature consistency within the cab during extremely cold weather. Heater output of thirty-six thousand (36,000) BTU and equipped with three (3) speed fan, variable temperature control, and defrosters to maintain windshield visibility for ninety percent (90%) of the windshield area. Windshield and both side windows must be heated. Equipped with brush guards to fully protect the perimeter of the windshield (includes a vertical bar in the center of the windshield), mirrors (special mirror guards), lights, and rotating beacon(s) from brush, limbs etc. Brush guards constructed of two (2) in. aluminum or one and one half (1.5) in. square tube steel construction.
