Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maintain a presence within Department building or buildings as designated by the contract monitor. The Contractor’s primary presence will be located in the Department’s central office building. Ensure that all Department property is returned to the Department when the Contractor discontinue providing services to the Department. This would include but is not limited to Contractor badges; keycards and workstation/office supplies provided by the Department. Ensure they participate in any needed training at the onset of the contract. Additional training may be provided at the discretion of the Department and in collaboration with the Contractor, if new policies, new forms, new standards, or new processes are implemented after the start of the contract. Administer services in accordance to the weekly schedule provided by the contract monitor. The schedule may fluctuate in order to meet service needs/goals.
