Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Development of WWTP conceptual improvements that shall be reviewed by both the City
and the Idaho DEQ. Proposed modifications to items identified within the approved Facility
Plan shall require approval by DEQ prior to commencement of design activities.
• Following approval of the conceptual improvements, the consultant shall adhere to
requirements as referenced in IDAPA associated with Design and Review of Municipal
Wastewater Treatment Facilities.
• As a minimum, two design reviews shall be required for the development of the proposed
project. A preliminary design review (30%) and a final design review (90%) shall be
submitted to the City and Idaho DEQ for consideration. Review periods shall be as
established by IDAPA.
• Following final design review, the consultant shall develop construction plans and
specifications as required for project bidding. Complete bid documents shall be provided
to the City and the consultant shall attend the pre-bid meeting; provide assistance in
developing any required addenda; and, answer questions from prospective contractors.
• Construction administration items of work will be completed by separate contract and are
not included as selection criteria for this proposal request.
