psychiatric hospital and associated site work located in Nampa, Idaho on the campus of Southwest Idaho
Treatment Center (SWITC). The building occupancy and construction type are classified as an I-2 and IIB, respectively, as defined by the 2015 International Building Code. The primary structure is structural
metal framing, cold-formed metal framing, steel joists and deck with a combination of CMU veneer and
metal panel cladding. The interior is to be completely built-out and will include limited furnishings and
equipment as drawn and specified in the Construction Documents.
