The goal is to establish an agreement with a vendor that offers a proven solution, experience, and the financial viability to implement and support a reliable system that will automate and centralize these processes and allow integration with our business-critical systems. Vendors shall offer a solution that will improve, simply, and streamline our current business processes with a focus on cost savings and revenue generation. Specifically, it is anticipated that the proposed solution will: - Centralize and streamline the administration of contracts in a way that improves control over all aspects of the contract lifecycle - Support our diverse range of contracts and agreements - Contract document development with version control - Track key dates and contractual obligations - Provide automatic notification of renewal, expiration, etc. - Centralize the processing of all procurement transactions - Host contracted catalogs from preferred suppliers and GPOs
