Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Vehicles which require non-synthetic oil (See Attachment F - Vehicle List): a. Lube, non-synthetic oil, oil filter, and detailed safety inspection (See Attachment G – Safety Inspection and Preventive Maintenance Checklist) service on each vehicle every three thousand (3,000) miles or three (3) months. 2. Vehicles which require synthetic oil (See Attachment F - Vehicle List) (applicable to both, synthetic blend or full synthetic requirement): a. A detailed safety inspection every three thousand (3,000) miles or three (3) months and: i. If, per the manufacturer’s recommendations, a vehicle is within three thousand (3,000) miles of a required lube, oil and oil filter change service, the Contractor must perform the lube, oil and oil filter change service and the detailed safety inspection service using the Safety Inspection and Preventive Maintenance Checklist (Attachment G).
