The Contractor must inspect and perform preventative maintenance on each sterilizer on a semi-annual basis. • In addition, the two Consolidated sterilizers must receive quarterly maintenance. • The Contractor must provide a quoted amount for quarterly and semi-annual preventative maintenance for each sterilizer according to the line items in the Lines tab in IPRO. The Contractor must be able to supply any and all parts needed for this maintenance; these parts must be included in the quoted price. All necessary travel, mobilization, and freight costs must also be included in the quoted price. • The Contractor must provide a cost estimate before proceeding with any unscheduled maintenance. • The Contractor must communicate the work status of any ongoing maintenance either in-person or via email within one-day of the maintenance occurring. Additionally, the contractor must send monthly updates on the status of any open workorders. • Maintenance service as described must be performed during normal working hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, state government Holidays excepted). Experience: The maintenance of this equipment in a safe and satisfactory operating condition requires the service be performed by a Contractor who has satisfactorily performed maintenance on this type of equipment before. IBL requires that any potential contractors must have available, under their direct employment and supervision, competent personnel who have received thorough instruction/ training in maintenance of this type. Bidders must attach to your quote a resume outlining the experience and professional capabilities and qualifications of each person who will be working on the specified equipment. The individuals who will be working on the equipment must have a minimum of three (3) year’s previous experience working on similar sterilizers. Bidders must also attach to your quote a minimum of two (2) references that you have provided similar services to within the last two (2) years.
