1. DIMENSIONS Must be a thirty-six-inch (36") cabinet base. 2. DESIGN Must be a freestanding, modular design. Must have four (4), six inch (6") stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet. Must have water filter system. Must have water treatment system with quick disconnect and easy cartridge change out. Must have automatic water control. Must have water gauge and pressure gauge. Must have pressure control with secondary safety pressure control. Must have safety relief valve. Must have split water line. Must have automatic boiler blow-down. Must have steam take off kit. Must have stainless steel construction with reinforced steel counter top. Must have electronic ignition. Must have a minimum of three hundred thousand British Thermal Unit (300,000 BTU) Output. Must be suitable for operation at any pressure from five to fifteen pounds per square inch (5-15 psi). Must have hinged doors with magnetic latches. Must have all piping confined within cabinet. Must have a floor protective panel for thirty-six inch (36") gas boiler based cabinets. 3. FUEL TYPE Must be Natural Gas. 4. ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENT Must have 115 Volt 60hz 1 phase hardwired capability. 5. WATER CONNECTION REQUIREMENT Must have one half inch (1/2") cold water connection.
