Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will provide the Facility with a snow and ice removal plan setting forth priorities and processes for the removal of snow and ice at the Facility. The snow and ice removal plan must address the following items: - The Contractor will monitor weather conditions, and respond as needed, for both snow removal and ice control. - Contractor will be required to sign in upon arrival of premises recording arrival time, Upon completion of snow removal and deicing the contractor will sign out recording departure time and record amount and types of supplies used. - Ensure the fire lanes, fire hydrants, utility meters, access points and emergency lanes are not blocked with snow or ice piles. - Ensure snow is not piled in area(s) from which melting will cause damage from standing water or flooding.
