Specifications include, but are not limited to: Snow Removal Equipment (SRE) and Airport Office Building; Work generally consists of the construction of a Snow Removal Equipment Building (approximate gross size 10,550 sft) and attached Airport Office Building (approximate gross size 2,910 sft) with associated utility extensions, parking areas and vehicle access to taxiway and roadway. Work includes sitework to construct the new buildings including: surveying, erosion control, excavation, embankment, subbase course, base course, asphalt paving, stormwater modifications and improvements, utility work, landscaping, fencing, topsoil, seeding and other miscellaneous items. Building items include foundation concrete, steel supply and erection, masonry, insulated metal panel, glass, fire sprinkler systems, overhead and man doors, HVAC, roofing, specialties, stud framing and paneling, flooring, cabinetry, and furniture.
