Specifications include, but are not limited to:The slide-in de-ice sprayers described in these specifications will be skid mounted and designed to be used for applying liquid chemicals on slick roads on Idaho State highways. All slide-in de-ice sprayer equipment must be permanently attached to the skid unless otherwise specified. Four (4) each, 1,000 gallon, skid mounted slide-in de-ice sprayers will be installed on ITD single axle dump trucks with an 84 in. cab to axle dimension equipped with a 10 ft. dump body. Nineteen (19) each, 1,600 gal., skid mounted slide-in de-ice sprayers will be installed on ITD tandem axle truck chassis with a 120 in. cab-to-axle dimension equipped with either 14 or 15 ft. asphalt style dump bodies with a tapered inside width of 82 in. front and 84 in. rear.
