Specifications include, but are not limited to: · The software must be offered on both a web-based and mobile application platform. · The Application platform must include, but not limited to, the following features: a. Review work assignments, b. Request time off, and c. Accept additional work assignments. · The software must be designed for long term and post-acute care, skilled nursing and Intellectual or Developmental Disability (IDD)/Behavioral healthcare facilities. · The software must be able to staff based on hours per patient day (HPPD) requirements and the Department’s patient acuity system. · The software must be able to offer bi-directional communication with a continuous audit log of all messages exchanged.
