The Idaho Division of Purchasing (DOP), on behalf of the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD), is seeking a vendor to respond on ITD’s behalf, through insurance channels ITD’s claim of property damage by third party negligence. In doing so, privileged information should be exchanged in order to process an insurance claim or claim against damager and recover compensation for all property damage which includes Labor and Materials by means of insurance or private party. State Property includes all Idaho Interstates and State Highways. The damage recovery process will have an initial claim and includes the start to end processing of all damage claims as assigned by ITD. Recovery should include but not limited to the following in State Right Of Way or property owned and operated by Idaho Transportation Department, highway signs, guardrail, street lighting, street signals, public roadway, bridges, drainage structures, noise walls, retaining walls, fencing and highway camera systems.
