Scope of work for this project is to provide the necessary manpower and equipment to install the retrofill kits into the designated cubicles. This includes but is not limited to: - A site visit and outage by an engineer to confirm existing equipment and gather any appropriate measurements prior to release for manufacturer. - A total equipment outage to take appropriate measurements. - Provide an Engine Generator to keep the system running while this process is being performed. - Provide a 1000kW/1250kVA generator for up to 3 consecutive days 50’ 4/0 cables to feed two pumps while retrofilling the tie breaker with an additional (1) day generator rental when engineers are on site to take final measurements for accuracy of materials needed. - Remove existing SPB 100 breakers (total of 5 breakers, 2500A mains (2) 2500A tie (1) and 1600A feeders (2)) along with any unnecessary components and install Eaton retrofit components. - Remove existing half height door and replace with new door with two (2) meters and three (3) control stations. - Assist in developing settings for new trip units as needed. - Provide and install two (2) phase guard units. - Provide trip unit upgrade. - Provide 2500A and 1500A cell upgrade to draw out instead of fixed mount. - Perform Site Acceptance Testing and Startup per standard SATSU guidelines. - Perform work in accordance with all local/national electrical codes and safety standards. The City of Boise has standardized to Eaton Cooper Power Systems, under Sole Source #SS-2025-752 and will not entertain or-equal requests for any other brand.
