The U.S. Army Project Manager Command & Control Infrastructure (PM C2I), Product Manager Mounted Command & Control (PdM MC2), and the Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground is conducting market research to request industry’s feedback regarding Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) or Non-Developmental Items (NDIs) that are readily available as potential solutions for Mounted Vehicle Hubs.
The Mounted Command and Control Hub has a heritage in the development performed under the Mounted Mission Command Transport program and builds upon those capabilities and lessons learned. These hubs will serve as the focal point through which the Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) layers pass through on mounted platforms. The hubs shall enable apps and data access to network and transport layers and facilitate communications with other mounted platforms as well as dismounts and other stationary locations.
