The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Cottonwood Field Office (Idaho) is seeking qualified sources capable of providing the following:
Scope of Work can be summarized as installing a Duress system at the Bureau of Land Management, Cottonwood Field Office located at 2 Butte Dr. Cottonwood ID 83522. Any proposed products must be on the approved purchase list for the federal government. Activation mechanism will be 3 discreet buttons, wearable or fixed. Alert transmission, the system transmits the duress signal via radio frequency, cellular network, or integrated with the buildings network infrastructure. Monitoring and response, the signal is received by a central monitoring station or security personnel, who then initiate an appropriate response (e.g. police, emergency services, or on-site security). All head end equipment will land in a secure server room in the main building. There are approximately 4 locations needing strobe with audible options. One of the strobes/audible locations is in a detached warehouse approximately 200¿ from the main building. There is a conduit path between the two buildings but it is unknown if there is room in the conduit.
