The Contractor shall: 1. Manage and operate Lots 1-3 to collect revenue from the parking of licensed motor vehicles according to this Scope of Work. Any new or additional uses of Lots 1-3 will require prior written approval from IDL. Any new or additional uses by the Contractor of Lots 1-3 without the prior written approval by IDL is prohibited and is grounds for termination of this Contract. 2. Provide monitoring services on Lots 1-3 and issue tickets for illegally parked vehicles. 3. Provide monthly payments and written reports that support the revenue collected as required by this Scope of Work. 4. Report all parking lot maintenance issues to the COR. 5. Receive prior written approval from the COR for any special evening or weekend event parking that prohibits the normal use of any lot for members of the public, businesses, or IDL tenants and seek approval for the parking rate that shall apply to each event...
