Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. MODEL a) The model must be a 2020 or newer production model, two-wheel motorcycle factory designed and equipped for highway law enforcement service. b) Motorcycle must be rated and certified by the manufacturer to safely operate at speeds of 110 miles per hour or more. c) Each model must visibly display the vehicle identification number (VIN), gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR), date manufactured, and all additional information required by Federal and State regulations. 2. ENGINE The motorcycle engine must be a heavy-duty “police package” version of the manufacturer’s standard engine, and must meet the following requirements: a) Have at least 1200 cubic centimeters (cc) displacement; b) Minimum of 2 cylinders; c) Liquid, or combination of air and liquid cooled; d) Four-cycle operation; e) Produce one hundred (100) horsepower or higher.
