The cleaning services and frequencies listed are the minimum that must be performed by the Contractor. The Contractor must meet the quality and performance standards of this RFP and must ensure those standards are consistently met. 8.2 Daytime Cleaning Services (Daily) 8.2.1 Dust mop hallways as needed. Spot mop when necessary. 8.2.2 Be immediately responsive to any set-up, custodial, or emergency cleanup requests made through Facilities Services. The requests may include, but not be limited to, dirt and liquid spills, blood borne pathogen clean-up, and other special set-up or cleaning requests. 8.2.3 In all buildings, spot clean and re-stock restrooms with supplies a minimum of one (1) time per day. 8.2.4 Spot clean entrances (including exteriors), door glass, and lobby and hallway areas, including empty exterior ash trays/urns. 8.2.5 Set up conference rooms according to schedules provided by Facilities Services at the start of each day. 8.2.6 Collect recycle barrels when fifty percent (50%) or fuller. Sorting of materials is not required. 8.2.7 Contractor must maintain a log of daily activities and email a monthly compilation to Facilities Services. 8.2.8 Contractor must clean and stock the restrooms in the picnic pavilion when the pavilion is seasonally open from April 1st through October 31st. Additionally, Contractor must remove trash from the restroom receptacles as well as receptacles at the Picnic Pavilion. 8.3 Nighttime Cleaning Services (Daily) 8.3.1 Contractor must empty and clean all wastebaskets and replace plastic liners as needed. 8.3.2 Contractor must vacuum all carpeted areas, including entrance mats and elevators. Vacuum conference rooms as required by usage. Spot vacuum as needed, moving chairs and moveable furniture when necessary. Use of a commercial beater bar type vacuum is required for general vacuuming, and a commercial type backpack vacuum for confined areas and edge cleaning.
