Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor will initiate wire line, DSL, and cellular communications service contracts for the various RWIS sites as shown in Appendix A. These services are currently contracted for by ITD. During the contract period the contractor will be responsible for automatically monitoring the status of the communications at each site and report all losses of service to the respective telecommunications providers within 2 hours of detection of a loss of service. An outage log shall be created by the contractor documenting each loss of communications. The logs shall be submitted to ITD on a monthly basis.
