All services quoted must meet or exceed the listed specifications. Boise State University (“University”), at its discretion, will determine whether quoted services meet the minimum, required specifications. The University reserves the right to waive immaterial variations. The awarded vendors shall provide comprehensive HVAC services for both commercial and residential buildings, including mini-split systems. These services include, but are not limited to: ● Repairs: Diagnosis and repair of HVAC system components (e.g., air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ventilation systems, ductwork, boilers, chillers). ● Installations: Installation of new HVAC systems and components. ● Removals: Removal and disposal of existing HVAC systems and components. ● After-Hours Service Calls: Availability to respond to service requests outside of normal business hours. ● Emergency Services: 24/7 availability for emergency HVAC situations that pose a risk to safety or property.
