The project includes extending the temporary parking area an additional 200’ to the west, staying 20’ from neighboring fence lines, and extending paved entrance and exit lanes. All work will need to be performed on and from the district’s property. 1. Remove top soil by pushing it downhill to the west undeveloped area of the property. 2. Maintain 20’ of clearance from neighboring north and south property lines for safety barrier. 3. Install 2” road base 8” thick and compact to 95% in the extended parking area. 4. Extend paved entry and exit lanes from east to west 20’ wide to the end of parking area with 2 ½” think ¾” minus asphalt. 5. Install concrete barriers around parameter of expanded parking area, match type and spacing of existing barriers.
