The MARS-e attestation and vulnerability testing is required by our federal partners (CMS/IRS) for compliance and continued access to information required by the Division of Welfare to conduct their business. These services are conducted in May with mitigation and final deliverables submitted in June. This is a yearly federal requirement that will not be met if we are to go through an RFP selection process for this year. Bulletproof was awarded the contract after completing the RFP process last year. We expected that this was a 4-year contract as previous contracts were. We discovered that the contract was only awarded for 1 year and had expired March 24, 2025 when we first received notification from LUMA on March 31, 2025. (this was due to Luma notification issue and lack of appropriate access to Luna for contract monitoring).
