Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Snowplow Lights – Two (2), Arrow Lighting no. 779-03-132, sealed beam plow light kits equipped with NAPA part no. LIT 27009 high/low sealed beam bulbs mounted to the front of the truck chassis’ tilting hood on stainless steel support brackets (see Attachment 2, Drawing), with the center of the lights mounted 72 in. above the ground. Snowplow lights must be mounted on the top of the support bracket. Lights must be controlled by a dash mounted switch supplied by the truck chassis manufacturer. Electrical cabling is supplied by the truck manufacturer and is terminated at the front the truck chassis radiator grill. Installation must include weatherproof quick disconnect electrical plugs for easy removal of the lights. All light pigtails must be wrapped with Ico-Rally flexible woven polyester fabric Model No. 22490. 2. Driving Lights – Two (2) Hella model Rallye 1000 Black Magic driving lamps mounted to the front of the truck chassis’ tilting hood on stainless steel support brackets (see Attachment 2, Drawing). Driving lights must be mounted outside of the Snowplow Lights, inverted on the support bracket so the driving light is hanging below the support bracket. Lights must be manually controlled by a dash-mounted off/on switch supplied by the truck chassis manufacturer. Electrical cabling is supplied by the truck manufacturer and is terminated at the front the truck chassis radiator grill. Installation must include weatherproof quick disconnect electrical plugs for easy removal of the lights. All light pigtails will be wrapped with Ico-Rally flexible woven polyester fabric Model No. 22490.
