SCOPE OF WORK: 7012 S Ironwood Ave, Boise, Idaho: • Provide Demolition Permit, asap. • Remove and haul away all debris. • Remove & dispose of shrubs, vegetation, and leave all marked trees • Grade and level the property to be left as a level vacant lot site. • Remove & dispose of foundation, concrete & all asphalt (not sidewalk). • Decommission and secure all electric and other services following the requirements of applicable jurisdictional authorities and utilities. • All water and power needed during demolition shall be supplied by the Contractor. • Fence between property and stormwater pond to remain intact • Pump and remove septic, remove and backfill the drain field, provide certification. • Obtain all required building, grading, Erosion & Sediment Control, and plumbing permits from the City of Boise for the demolition and restoration of the site. • Remove & dispose of the asbestos-containing material per the law.
