A description of the work involved with this service contract can be summarized as follows: The purpose of this contract is to provide repair, installation, preventative maintenance and inspection services for Ductless Refrigerant Systems. These systems are advanced HVAC systems designed to provide precise temperature control by modulating refrigerant flow to multiple indoor units. Proper maintenance ensures optimal performance, energy efficiency, and system longevity. The contractor will perform all tasks in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (UFCs), and Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses (IDOPL) standards. In addition to the above standards, the contractor must have the ability to perform manufacturer specific system software updates or verify that the unit has the most current software version based on manufacturer and unit model.
