Specifications include, but are not limited to:Overview 6.1.1 Location The Sheep Creek Rest Area is located on US 95 at MP 188.79, 6.21 miles south of Riggins, Idaho. 6.1.2 Resident Caretaker The Contractor or an employee of the Contractor must reside on site at the Sheep Creek Rest Area location. A concrete pad and utility hook-ups are present at the Sheep Creek Rest Area and the Contractor must provide a mobile home/residence and pay for utilities at the mobile home/residence. Use of the residence is part of the Contractor’s consideration under the proposed Contract. The Contractor may not charge their on-site employee(s) rent for said mobile home/residence. The Contractor will be ultimately responsible for the residence, if ITD deems that the employee(s) must be replaced, it must be the Contractor’s responsibility to remove said employee(s) from the mobile home/residence. If the Contractor fails to remove said employee(s), ITD reserves the right to remove the employee(s) from the premises by appropriate action at the Contractor's expense
