The intersection of CAN ADA Road and USTICK Road lies along a major corridor in the City of Nampa and is currently an all-way stop-controlled intersection. CAN ADA Road is a 2-lane road classified as a Collector Road, and USTICK Road is a 2-lane road classified as a Principal Arterial. The purpose of this project is to develop a design for intersection improvements at the CAN ADA Road and USTICK Road intersection. The project will include traffic analysis to determine current and future traffic signal configuration. Design plans for traffic signal, roadway widening, and bridge replacement at Phyllis Canal BK#27510 be developed. The necessary right-of-way will need to be identified. Planning-level costs will be estimated to apply for a FY2027 Strategic Initiative Grant.
