Computer controlled with touch panel for extraction and binder determination of bituminous materials within a closed system using non-flammable solvents. b. Maximum 3.5 kg washing chamber capacity. c. Total extraction time of 45 to 55 minutes including drying of minerals and filler; which, is ready for sieve analysis after the extraction cycle. d. Solvent loss per extraction of 25-50 mL. e. Continuous cooling water supply of 5 to 8 L/min at 3 bars and at a temperature of 10 to 15°C. f. 20 L of high stabilized solvent must be provided. g. Washing drum 0.075 mm with interchangeable stainless steel sieve jacket. h. Closing lid for washing drums. i. Centrifuge cup 120 mm diameter: stainless steel suitable to take up to 200 g of filler. j. One hundred (100) pack of insert paper for centrifuge cups. k. Solvent Test Case for trichlorethylene. The analyzer is required to check solvent for its PH-value and alkalinity. l. 1000 mL bottle of stabilizer for trichloroethylene, used for stabilization of solvent. m. Transformer, 240V compatible. . 2. The asphalt analyzer must be assembled and adjusted, per the manufacturer’s standards, and be ready for operation upon delivery. B. Manuals 1. The following items must be provided with the Analyzer at the time of delivery: a. One (1) operator’s manual – paper format and web-based PDF if available. b. One (1) parts manual – paper format and web-based PDF if available. c. One (1) service manual – paper format and web-based PDF if available.
