• Conduct site analysis and assessment of the proposed building location. • Develop design concepts and schematic designs that align with the project goals. • Complete final design development, including floor plans, evaluations, and 3D renderings. • Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and specialty consultants. • Integrate sustainable design principles, materials, and systems where feasible. • Prepare cost estimates and assist with budgeting. • Construction Document & Bidding Phase: • Prepare comprehensive construction documents (plans, specifications, etc.). • Assist in bidding and contractor selection processes. • Respond to contractor inquiries and provide clarifications during the bid phase. • Construction Phase: • Monitor progress to ensure conformance with plans, specifications, and schedule. • Collaborate with the contractor and project stakeholder to address issues promptly. • Post-Construction Phase (if applicable): • Support project closeout activities, including final inspections and punch list completion. • Provide record drawings and final documentation. • Assist with warranty and post-occupancy evaluations, if required.
