The project contemplated consists of removing and dewatering municipal wastewater biosolids from the settling lagoon (Cell 2), hauling, and properly disposing them offsite. The settling lagoon will be offline for the entire duration of the project. Biosolids dredging/pumping, dewatering, and hauling equipment are needed.
Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid Bond as described in the Instruction to Bidders. Physical or Electronic Bid submissions are acceptable for this project. All Bids must be received before the scheduled bid opening. The project was advertised in the Idaho Statesman newspaper on May 19, 2021, and May 26, 2021.
