***NOTE: The City of Idaho Falls will not accept diesel deliveries without a bill of lading. Price to include all applicable fees and taxes. Diesel will be awarded as a section, to one vendor, in a lump sum and order must be received in full (the entire quantity ordered)

If awarded the bid, delivery of the fuel must be made within 48 hours.

**Delivery hours are Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., and Friday between the hours of 7 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. **

and delivered simultaneously or as close in time as possible.
