The work involves replacement of approximately 2,263 L.F. of 6-inch fiberglass pipe with 8-inch (nominal size) DR7 IPS polyethylene pipe using pipe bursting method. Open trenching method of construction is necessary at bends, pits, and placement of new vaults. This Project also includes installation of access and air vacuum valuts, locating wire, locate stations, and other related items. The project is located in the City of Garden City, Idaho between 5373 N. Alworth St., and the intersection of Glenwood St., and Chinden Blvd. The Project runs in Alworth St., and then crosses Ladybird Park through Expo Idaho property.
