Retailer management including agreements with Third Party Processors and EBTonly retailers, Point of Sales (POS) deployment and training for exempt retailers; 10. Customer service requirements, including defined call centers (on/off-shore); 11. Card Activation PIN Selection Devices (CAPS); 12. POS terminal deployment; 13. Stored Value Card (SVC) or Electronic Payment Card (EPC) services for Child Support and all public assistance cash benefits.
