Specifications include, but are not limited to: An item bank of assessment items and tasks suitable to anchor Hawaii’s vision of the range of classroom assessment uses and types for ELA and mathematics, grades 3-8 and 11. 2. A platform that will enable teachers in grades 3-8 and 11 to engage in classroom assessment, including to develop, bank, edit, and review assessment items/tests, and to assemble, administer, score, record, and report the results locally and to interface with the STATE’s reporting systems. 3. A semi-secure interim assessment for ELA and mathematics, grades 3-8 and 11, at least similar to or the same as that currently offered through Hawaii’s membership in the Smarter Balanced consortium. 4. Provide training for teachers, administrators, STATE staff, and others to implement and use the platform and associated assessments
