The HRS 6E Review form will be uploaded to the HICRIS project folder. The SHPD will provide the Contractor with a template Draft Determination letter for reference. The Contractor will document each HRS 6E affordable housing historic preservation review on an HRS 6E review form, provided to the Contractor by SHPD. The HRS 6E review form will be uploaded to the appropriate HICRIS project number by the Contractor. Write a Draft Determination letter for each affordable housing project assigned to the Contractor for review under HRS 6E. The SHPD will provide the Contractor with a template Draft Determination letter to use for all HRS 6E affordable housing historic preservation reviews assigned to the Contractor. The Draft Determination letter will be upload to the appropriate HICRIS project number by the Contractor. Establish an administrative record for each affordable housing project assigned to the Contractor and reviewed by the Contractor; including: a log of all phone calls, emails, correspondence; hours billed for the project; number of historic properties identified within the project area; the approximate acreage of the historic property(s) and upload the administrative record to the appropriate HICRIS project number.
