Specifications include, but are not limited to: The DCCA is seeking a modern solution that will enhance CIB’s ability to efficiently service Captives, create a positive customer experience for Captive service providers, and improve the State’s brand image. This will be achieved through the configuration and implementation of an integrated Cloud CRM and online portal that will automate the CIB’s current labor-intensive, mostly manual processes. The proposed solution should: • Improve accessibility and sharing of information among stakeholders • Provide real-time sharing and reporting of Captive information • Increase worker productivity and working conditions • Ease the collection of Service Provider information and artifacts
