Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Utilizing the SPF, assess the needs and mobilize support in the identified service area to ensure that the community is aware of the ATOD problems and is prepared to support the implementation of the six CSAP strategies. 2) Build program capacity and implement effective strategies and evidence-based programs, practices, and polices to achieve stated short-term and long-term outcomes. 3) Evaluate and assess implementation efforts to improve service delivery and make data-driven decisions to address the ATOD issues identified on the logic model. 4) Develop sustainability strategies including but not limited to the leveraging of resources (e.g. staffing/human resources, financial, technology, intellectual, physical assets) to ensure the sustainability of program outcomes and the agency’s capacity and infrastructure to support the implementation of CSAP strategies and effective prevention interventions. 5) Record and track direct services: • Measure, track, and report progress on identified measures. • Reporting monthly through ADAD’s management information system. • Submit narrative Quarterly and Year-End Reports summarizing and analyzing process and outcome data, accomplishments and challenges
