The assigned security guard shall: 1. Maintain and enforce pertinent rules and regulations provided by DHRD for the protection and security of staff, visitors and property at the Leiopapa A Kamehameha building. 2. Be familiar with fire, bomb threat, and other emergency evacuation procedures dictated by DHRD. DHRD Employee Claims Division (ECD) will provide these procedures and training to the CONTRACTOR. 3. Have access to a cellular phone and maintain an official list of emergency phone numbers, including but not limited to, the Department of Public Safety Sheriff’s Dispatch, Honolulu Police Department, Honolulu Fire Department, and Emergency Medical Services. 4. Check and clear all State department personnel entering the building by validating and verifying their department issued identification badges.
