Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Mobilization B. Removing Chiller 1, Cooling Tower 1, Condenser Water Pump and Chilled Water Pumps, Associated piping and supports, as well the refrigerant monitor. Clean/Refurbish existing concrete pad and metal frame C. Installing new Chiller, Cooling Tower, Pumps, Associated piping and supports, metal frame, as well the refrigerant monitor. D. Provide complete electrical system wiring for Chiller, Cooling Towe, and associated pumps, overcurrent protection devices, and branch circuiting as required. Test all electrical equipment. Immediately report and pay for damage to existing equipment and facilities. E. Replace the variable frequency drive serving air handling unit 2 with new variable frequency drive. F. Provide complete electrical system wiring variable frequency drive, overcurrent protection devices, and branch circuiting as required. Test all electrical equipment. Immediately report and pay for damage to existing equipment and facilities. G. Provide complete Test and Balance New Chiller, Cooling Tower, Pumps, AHU-2 as indicated in Article XV. H. Provide One Year Maintenance as indicated in Article XV.
