Specifications include, but are not limited to: cold planing; resurfacing and reconstruction of asphalt concrete pavements; adjustment of utility manhole and handhole frames and covers; installation of pavement markers and markings, bike lane facilities including striping, signs and delineators; Installation of vehicle loop detectors; reconstruction of existing concrete curb and/or gutters; reconstruction of concrete thru-gutters; installations of concrete curb ramps, grade adjustment curbs, concrete sidewalks and concrete driveway aprons; reconfiguration of median, demolition of existing guardrails, regrading and planting grass; reconstruction of concrete catch basins; reconstruction of concrete bus pads; relocation of existing bus stop facilities including bus stop signs, trash cans, benches, and shelters; tree removal; installation of tree root barriers; enlargement of tree wells; and electrical upgrades including installation of pedestrian alert systems, installation/ relocation of street lighting, pedestrian and traffic signal assembly and associated facilities.
