The primary purpose of this solicitation is to identify, evaluate, and approve Contractors who will provide one-on-one or small group high quality academic tutoring through a virtual, in person, or blended approach to help K-12 students achieve maximum academic results through extended academic learning time. The extended learning time will be before, during, or after school hours to accommodate student needs. Tutors shall work with students identified by their teacher as needing academic support. Tutors shall also work with teachers and families to best meet the needs of the students. Tutors shall use diagnostic information in order to best assist students through a data driven model. Each student in the tutoring program shall be provided a personalized learning plan that shall be adjusted based on student needs.
