Vendor should attach evidence of providing a LIMS system to minimum of 5 operating veterinary laboratories Vendor demonstrates experience sustainable market presence for veterinary laboratories for at least 5 years or more. The LIMS system will contain an accounting module included with the primary application. LIMS system shall interface with Global Vet Link and NAHLN systems. LIMS system shall support Customizable Accessing Screens and Customizable reports LIMS system shall have a security system that allows users to specify user permissions, verification and change verification results. LIMS system shall contain a robust system for entering results that include default results, default commands, and automated triggers based on combination of test and result in the field of veterinary medicine. LIMS system shall have a robust reporting capability – ability to deliver reports via fax, electronic download, printable reports and submitter access LIMS system vendor will provide hosting services that include data back-ups and restoration services when needed.
