A single Process Control System Integrator (PCSI) shall provide all services and equipment for the Kailua Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) – New Dewatering Building Project (Project), facility controls equipment, fiber installation, communication and control network, and project field instrumentation as specified herein. The PCSI shall be responsible for final operational integration of overall control system functionality of all equipment provided as part of this Contract that interfaces with the plant control systems. Scope of work shall include coordinating work from the City’s Programmer, packaged system suppliers, security network provider, and other subcontractors for installation, start-up, testing and commissioning. Equipment shall be fabricated, assembled, installed and placed in proper operating condition in full conformity with the Contract Documents and Drawings, engineering data, instructions, and recommendations of the equipment manufacturer as approved by Officer-in-Charge. The PCSI is responsible for providing, configuring, installing and testing new process control panels, fiber patch panels, and network panels, as well as modifications to existing plant control systems for integration of new equipment and instrumentation as shown on Contract Drawings. Work shall also include start-up and commissioning. All SCADA system hardware and specified software tools shall be provided by the PCSI for their use as required in configuring the system.
