Specifications include, but are not limited to: Masonry, plumbing and landscaping in a yard outside Elevator 8 at Ka`ahumanu Hale, waterproofing and epoxy flooring inside the Elevator 8 basement lobby and waterproofing inside the basement stairs at Elevator 8. Base Bid includes; Remove a portion of the landscape irrigation. Prep for a concrete slab-on-grade. Install a concrete apron around Elevator 8 and a portion of the building. Plumb a short extension from a roof overflow drain. Reinstall the landscaping irrigation. Grade the yard to slope away from the building. Re-sod the lawn and replace any plants damaged during construction. Alternate 1 includes; Remove paint and plaster skim coat on Elevator 8, basement lobby, water damaged walls. Remove flooring in Elevator 8 basement lobby and prep for an epoxy floor. Patch and plug any cracks in the concrete. Waterproof interior of walls below grade. Replace plaster skim coat on walls in lobby and stairwell and repaint. Install epoxy floor and epoxy base in Elevator 8 basement lobby.
