The work consists of furnishing and paying for all labor, tools, equipment, and materials, for the installation of approximately 185 service laterals and appurtenances, all in accordance with the plans an specifications. The work will take place along Pālolo Avenue from Kaʽau Street to the intersection with Kilihune Place, along Kekona Place from Pālolo Avenue to End, along Kehau place from Pālolo Avenue to End, along ʻĀhinahina Place from Pālolo Avenue to End, along two unnamed streets (Northwest side) that connect at their Northwest ends and end at Pālolo Ave, along another unnamed street (Southeast side) from Pālolo Avenue to End, along Lamaloa Place from Pālolo Avenue to End, along kānekopa Place from Pālolo Avenue to End, along Wiliama Place from Pālolo Avenue to End, along Pālolo Terrace from Pālolo Avenue to End, along Uʻilani Place from Pālolo Avenue to End, along Hoanoho Place from Pālolo Avenue to End, along Paliʻāhina Place from Pālolo Avenue to End, along Kilihune Place from Pālolo Avenue to End.
