Specifications include, but are not limited to: Fixed price (FFP) services from
a Vendor to Modernize the Agency’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. This engagement will
include all services required to migrate and enhance the existing IVR system to modern technology as a
service and provide maintenance on an ongoing basis. The contract duration of this project between the
Agency and the chosen Vendor will be for a period of one yearfor design, development and
implementation, including the first year’s IVR maintenance and services. CSEA shall have the option of
renewing the annual IVR service fees thereafter.
