Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall be responsible for scheduling the inspection with the Tenant. Within two working days of the City’s request for services, the Contractor shall provide a tentative date and time for the reinspection (unless approved otherwise by the City). Within five working days of the City’s request for services, the Contractor shall complete the re-inspection (unless approved otherwise by the City). The Inspection must occur during the hours of 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (unless approved otherwise by the City). 2. The Contractor shall re-inspect the unit specifically for those items that are shown as a “Fail” item on the Inspection Checklist, Form HUD-52580. 3. The Contractor shall submit the completed electronic version of Inspection Checklist, Form HUD-52580 to the Section 8 Office by the following working day. The Section 8 Inspection Clerk will prepare and mail Pass/Fail notices to the tenant and landlord. 4. The Contractor shall document all inspections done per day by using the Inspection Daily Route – Activity log to be provided by the City.
