Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Conducting SERs according to the latest Hydraulic Engineering Circulars.2.Conducting field investigations to determine information needed for National Bridge Inventory Item 113 rating. These may include Underwater investigations and Non-Destructive testing. 3.Obtaining and reviewing “as-built” plans and records on file with the Highways Division, Department of Transportation, and “as-built” plans with other agencies.4.Obtaining applicable permits such as Section 404 Department of Army Permits and Section 401 Water Quality Certifications. 5.Providing support or obtaining clearances such as Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act, and Magnuson Stevens Fishery and Conservation Management Act. Thiswill require biologists, historic resource specialists, and other environmentalsubcontractors.
